1. The world is what you think it is. A dream. To change this reality we must change ourselves first, working from within to create outer.
2. No limits - we are all connected. Separation, which creates sickness, is an illusion. Oneness brings everything together.
3. Hang loose, relax, flow. Then its easier to change things.
4. Energy flows where attention is. You decide where your attention is so you can change your reality.
5. Now is the moment of power. Appreciate and take pleasure in the moment. Plant new seeds.
6. Divine power flows through us. Inner power. All power comes from within. Nothing has power over us. When we think otherwise, we diminish own own power. Power is NOT over but to be ourselves.
7. Effectiveness is the measure of Truth. We are never stuck in one way of doing things. Plans are not sacred.
