(1) We first invite all light beings of good will who may wish to assist [spirit guides, mentors, angels, archangels, ascended masters or others] to join us for their guidance or input.
(2) A group stands in a circle, holding hands and visualizes the earth being in the center of the circle. You may also play soft, inspirational music.
(3) Imagine energy traveling from one person to another, from right to left forming a protective circle of energy around the earth.
(4) Then we go around the circle and each person is given a chance to make a prayer or statement regarding how to assist our world (whatever comes to mind).
(5) Imagine healing energy coming from our hands and/or heart center to the earth.
(6) Visualize the color green or violet surrounding the earth, healing or transforming negative into positive energy and thus helping the earth to heal and move through her transition.
