CHANNELING HEALING
ENERGY FROM THE UNIVERSE
INTO THE EARTH
First ask for assistance from Spirit or any who would like to help. Go outside (barefoot) to some park or nature area. Use your grounding chord to connect with the earth (imagine chord from root chakra going down and connecting with center of earth). Then raise arms into air and ask the power of the universe to send healing energy through your body into the center of the earth. Stand there for a minute or two and then slowly lower arms.
