We first invite all those who may wish to assist, our higher power/non physical spirit guides/mentors/angels or others for their guidance or input. A group stands in a circle, holding hands and visualizes the earth being in the center of the circle. Imagine energy traveling from one person to another, from right to left forming a protective circle of energy around the earth. Then while listening to inspirational music, we go around the circle and each person is given a chance to make a prayer or statement regarding how to assist our world (whatever comes to mind) while imagining healing energy coming from our heart center to the earth.
Finally we visualize the color violet surrounding the earth, transforming negative into positive energy and thus helping the earth to heal and move through her transition.
